E-town Transfer Co., Inc. was incorporated in 1983 and is a title insurance agency of First American Title Insurance Company. The title insurance agency is operated by the partners of GSK&D law firm, therefore allowing us to provide title searches, title insurance and complete services for closing of real estate transactions. The cost for this service is based on the title insurance rating schedule issued by the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission. That fee is an all inclusive fee encompassing all of the above mentioned services, and, additionally, allows our clients to have an attorney present at closing for no additional fee.      We provide settlement services in various counties in the State of Pennsylvania including refinance settlements, construction/permanent mortgages, FHA/VA and Installment Purchase financing. We are in close contact with many lending institutions and are familiar with their procedures and requirements.      We have over twenty years of experience in the title industry and strive to meet the growing demands of our clients in a prompt and diligent manner.
