Real Estate

One of the areas of our practice is the transaction practice involving the transfer of real estate. This includes the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, financing and refinancing of residential and commercial residential real estate and all aspects of land use planning. We prepare Deeds, Mortgages, Rights-of-Way and any other real estate documents as necessary.

Our real estate practice is supported by a title insurance agency known as E-town Transfer Co., Inc., a full service title insurance agency owned by the partners of GSK&D and exclusively used for the real estate practice of the firm. In addition to the issuance of title insurance, the purchaser receives our legal expertise in the transaction all at the same cost as that charged by any Real Estate Settlement Company.
