We have the expertise to prepare necessary estate planning documents such as Wills, complex Wills containing Trust provisions, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Revocable Living Trusts and many other documents for our clients. We are able to assist in planning for the transfer of assets to succeeding generations expeditiously and in a way calculated to reduce as much as possible tax consequences of the event.

We have also provided services extensively to our clients after the loss of a loved one. These services include the handling of all estate and Trust administration matters from the probate of the Will through the preparing of PA Inheritance, Federal Estate and Fiduciary Income Tax Returns and the eventual distribution of the decedent's assets to those entitled.
